Shipping Options
We offer the following UPS shipping options for your convenience:
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (depending on your location).
- UPS 2nd Day Air®: Delivery within 2 business days.
- UPS Next Day Air®: Delivery by the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM PST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $200 within the continental United States.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping through UPS Worldwide Express® and UPS Worldwide Saver®. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email, so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
Delivery Times
UPS delivery times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays unless specified. Unexpected delays (e.g., weather or carrier issues) may affect delivery schedules.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While WC.USA is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, we are committed to assisting you. Please contact us at wunmmies.wc.usa@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery date to file a claim with UPS.
